Okay, I'm studying abroad this year, and I have access to good henna, pretty cheap. I also like the applicators I can get here (the syringes with the cut tips...also cheap). I want to bring some of both home with me or else mail them back ahead of time. What am I going to have to deal with as far as customs goes? Any advice?

They may ignore it completely, or something in between.
There is no telling what will happen.
